Nine times out of ten my idea was crap, but occasionally I do have a gem, which makes it worth the hassle.

Kat, haha, sounds familiar too. Normally I dart to my desk where I have a handy little lamp, but I was so flustered with the broken reading light, it all went downhill.

Chad, ideas do have a way of hitting at the most inopportune times don't they? I guess it keeps us on our toes!

Yvonne, Husband sleeps through most noise, but he does listen for Drew, so when he thought he was eating plastic, he jumped right up. It was quite funny actually--watching him stumble around in a haze of confusion--if I didn't feel so guilty.Angiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01338896212556894322noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14298690.post-76945226567929197852008-06-25T14:01:00.000-07:002008-06-25T14:01:00.000-07:00LOL! That's happened to me too, luckily The Ours would sleep through an earthquake so he's usually happily snoring away as I'm scribbling furiously.Yvonnehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10712024237175327405noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14298690.post-85350089339669025842008-06-25T13:13:00.000-07:002008-06-25T13:13:00.000-07:00LOL, now that's funny...and it hits a little too c...LOL, now that's funny...and it hits a little too close to home. ;-)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02378547566593756176noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14298690.post-11104947286445079822008-06-25T12:10:00.000-07:002008-06-25T12:10:00.000-07:00I leap nowhere - just doesn't happen. Then try to use the light of my mobile to see what I'm doing. Then realise I also need a wee, tripping over spilt books, swearing and crashing my way to the toilet. By then I figure I might as well switch on the bedside lamp anyway. Good job he falls back to sleep so easy. Most of the time he doesn't even register me anymore!
Kat :-)Kat Whttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14176200521240664479noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14298690.post-21000675590732105852008-06-25T11:43:00.000-07:002008-06-25T11:43:00.000-07:00LOL, I know the feeling. I've damaged many a shin (well the two I have several times) by leaping up in the dark with some brilliant idea (that by the morning has morphed into something completely pants).Deborah Carr (Debs)https://www.blogger.com/profile/03223653554549707595noreply@blogger.com
